These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MoonshotEdge ("we," "us," "our"), including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using MoonshotEdge, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. The Service is Educational

MoonshotEdge is an educational and analytical tool, not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or derivative. 3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or yearly cycle until you cancel. You authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal. Prices are listed in USD and may change with notice before your next renewal.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel anytime from the in-app billing portal. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, then ends automatically. All payments are final and non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused features, or unused subscription time. See our Refund Policy.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its data
• Share your account or distribute MoonshotEdge signals as your own
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right
• Interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or other users
• Build a competing product using our outputs

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, models, signals, scoring methodology, branding, and content, is owned by MoonshotEdge and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during your subscription.

8. Market Data

Market data is provided by third-party vendors and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any data, score, or signal.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PROFITABLE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOONSHOTEDGE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY TRADING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoonshotEdge from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading decisions, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account anytime from settings.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
