No. All payments are final and non-refundable. You can cancel anytime and keep access until your billing period ends. Set a renewal reminder if you want to cancel before the next charge.

When the market is closed (after hours, weekends, holidays), we label every quote as the last regular-session close so you never confuse stale prices for live ones. Real-time pricing resumes when the market opens (9:30am ET, M-F).

When a contract's true bid is 0 but the ask and last price exist, we use a conservative fallback to estimate value for scoring. Synthetic bids are clearly flagged in the Trade Room and never used as a real exit price.

Every closed or ejected trade automatically writes an outcome record. Win = the contract hit your target multiple before expiry or ejection. We never backfill or cherry-pick — see the Track Record page.
